Positive magnetized water

To prepare positive magnetized water you have to place a bottle (jug, bottle) on the red side of the coaster, or put a magnet with its positive pole close to the container as to touch it. Let the Marah coaster (or magnet) work for about 4 hours. Positive magnetized water will help you when you experience weakness and weariness, as it has an energizing action; it also stimulates peristalsis in case of chronic constipation, helps in hypotension, tones up muscles. |
