The Marah knee bandage can be used to treat sporting injuries, to warm the joints and as a therapy for inflammatory pain caused by arthrosis and rheumatism. Every bandage comes with three magnets. The negative poles of the magnets face the knee, one under the kneecap and two on the sides. When you wear the bandages, make sure that the magnets are as close to the painful areas as possible. Can be worn during the day or at night, but not longer than 6-8 hours. After washing the bandages, please check that the magnets still face the knee with their negative sides.
