The Marah shirtwaist helps you to keep the correct body posture during exercises, prevents strain from hard labor, prevents damages when you suffer from osteoporosis and herniated disks and supports the lumbar vertebrae. With the two magnetic sticks (one positive and one negative), pain caused by inflamed muscles or herniated disks are alleviated. If you have a herniated disk, we recommend to position the blue (negative) magnetic stick on the painful area on the back, while the positive (red) stick faces the opposite side. That way, we generate a magnetic energy exchange that can help the herniated disk to return back to its normal position. The shirtwaist should be worn daily.
